Fun rising up at Fin BPO

Long Hours of Work and No Fun do not have any relevance here !!!

The program “Creating Fun4Fun” at Fin BPO encourages employees to join different kinds of activities to socialize and have fun besides loads of work. Recently as a part of “Creating Fun4Fun” Program we had a “Sketch Your Fun Side” competition where employees were asked to sketch anything they would like to but it needs to be funny or amusing. The time given was 10 Minutes. Many of the employees showed the presence of the child-fun in them through their funny animal, cartoon or flower drawings but there was one guy [Kevin] who had come up with something different.

It was a cartoon with a face, two hands and legs. He named pointing to the two ears as Customer Service, both the hands as Accounts, legs as Administration, eyes as Quality Monitoring, Mouth as Marketing and the last, Nose as BOB. I have included the picture, please scroll down to see it.

When he was asked to explain, he said –
Ears are the Customer Service department at Fin BPO who actively listen to customers.
Hands are the Accounts department who carry out the work smoothly.
Legs are the strong Administration Department.
The Eyes are the Quality Monitoring Department who help meet service goals, achieve efficiencies and improve customer experience.
The Mouth is Fin BPO's  Marketing department, who come up with various call center solutions.
And the last, nose as BOB who is our CEO.


Seeing this drawing our CEO had a question, why was he referred to a “NOSE?” The guy simply answered “Sir, if there was no nose then nothing would have been.”
